We provide Prepainted Steel, produced on high technology coil coating lines under rigid quality controls. PPGI/PPGL has a painted finish that is uniform in color, gloss, texture and thickness, with excellent paint adhesion and durability.

Steel sheet can be readily rollformed, bent, and stamped without degradation in the quality of the paint.

Prepainted Steel is produced by direct application of a paint (after applying a treatment and, in most instances, a primer) onto steel sheet in a coil-coating line. Coil-line painting can be used to apply a paint coating directly on metallic-coated steel sheet.

For maximum corrosion resistance, coil-line painting is often done on metallic-coated steels including Galvanized, Aluzinc or Zn-Mg-Al alloy sheet.
